This is an annual Christmas lighting show held by Life College in Marietta, Ga. This is a VERY budget friendly smaller attraction such as Lake Lanier Christmas Light Show, or the one at Calloway Gardens, but it is spectacular, very enjoyable, closer to Atlanta, and yes much much less money. The Christmas this was posted the price per car was $5.00, which is a steal.
This is a little known Christmas activity making for much less traffic and cost then compared to some of the larger more popular and well-known events. Although being less known this event still yields a really nice and festive Christmas experience.
The lighting show is spectacular, and there are perfect kid activities if you and your date have little ones with you. There is a small live petting zoo, marshmallows & graham crackers and a fire pit for making smores. There are a handful of animated Christmas characters, and a nice kids train ride through a garden filled with Christmas lights and displays. Watch the HD video below…
And last but not least, there is a visiting Santa where kids and adults alike can have their picture taken. For adults on a date, this makes for a special moment to remember with you and your date in a photo with Santa. Also, make sure you check the nearby stuff below, there is a really nice 19th century themed park on this same campus perfect for a picnic before the light show…
