This is a great add or a full date. The scenery is perfect. They have miles of paved mostly shaded walking trails, bicycle trails, and even some good dirt bicycle trails for the more rugged mountain biker enthusiast.
There are always plenty of picnic sites, and pavilion’s with grills perfect for an afternoon cookout perhaps before going to see a show.
There are also miles of equestrian trails if you have horses. If you and you date have any kids along, the lake view play ground area with lake view picnic area is perfect. If you want to do a little fishing, there are twim boat ramps, and the twin lakes at this large Gwinett County Park is well known for it’s abundance of bass, crappie, catfish, and bream.
There are a few really nice docks to watch the sunset or sunrise from, or for fishing decks. There are large open fields for any type of sports.
This spot makes an excellent Atlanta Date Idea to bring a date for a cool afternoon walk, and or picnic. It’s great for taking pictures, and generally just hanging out.
